Who's a Hillbilly?
A recent study conducted by Scarborough Research of New York ranked Little Rock as the 21st most "digitally savvy" city out of 79 surveyed cities.
The survey identified adults who own PDAs, DVRs, MP3 players and HDTVs, and use blogs, mobile video, e-mail and text messaging.
From the sample, about 6.8 percent of the adult population of Little Rock exhibited those traits.
The Arkansas capital city scored above the 6 percent national average and beat out cities such as Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta and clocked in just behind Los Angeles.
