UALR Nanotechnology Symposium Postponed

The "Nanotechnology for Business" seminar, hosted by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Nanotechnology Center and originally scheduled for Wed., Sept. 22, has been postponed.

Once rescheduled, the symposium will provide Arkansas companies with an overview of nanotechnology, its market trends and applications in biotechnology, manufacturing and energy.

Topics of discussion will include:

  • How nanotechnology can affect your business.
  • How to utilize Nanotechnology Center resources to optimize your business practices.
  • How to partner with the Nanotechnology Center to commercialize its intellectual property.

The event will be free and open to all Arkansans involved in business and technology management, research, technology commercialization and economic development. Speakers from UALR, the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority and Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions will present. In addition, tours of the facility and its laboratories will be offered.
