Southern Bancorp CEO Phillip Baldwin will be the keynote speaker at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's 2010 Economic Forecast Conference.
The event is scheduled for Wed., Nov. 10, at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Little Rock. Baldwin will discuss economic development in the Delta.
