Pizza D’ Action at 2919 W. Markham St. in Little Rock is changing hands.

Chuck Beets, bar manager intermittently at the joint for the past two decades, said he was in negotiations with current owner Orville Davis. Beets, 37, said he and an undisclosed private investor were making the purchase.  

Beets plans to operate the place much the same as Davis did, with perhaps some changes to the menu.

The restaurant reported food sales of $228,352 for all of 2011. That figure does not include alcohol sales.
