UPDATE: Gone in 60 Seconds Returning to Rogers

Posted in Innovate Arkansas Clients, entrepreneurs, events by mcarter on August 9th, 2012

Gone in 60 Seconds, the successful elevator pitch competition for aspiring entrepreneurs and brainchild of IA’s Jeff Amerine, is returning to Rogers.

The latest installment is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 6, running from 7-9 p.m. (not starting at 6 as originally reported) at the John Q. Hammons Center next to Embassy Suites in Rogers following conclusion of the NWA Business Conference and Expo.

Register here (it’s free), take a look at past competitions here, download IA’s free G60 tip sheet here, and get more specific info on the event here.

G60 debuted in Fayetteville last year with two successful stops, moved onto Fort Smith and Rogers, and then completed successful installments in Little Rock and El Dorado. Possible future stops? Nothing’s definite, but think Texarkana, Conway and Jonesboro… And G60 certainly will return to Little Rock.

For now, it’ll play its biggest venue in the Hammons Convention Center. Sign up now to guarantee your spot.

Plan to make a day of it and attend the 2012 NWA Business Conference and Expo which will be held at the John Q. Hammons prior to G60. It will be an awesome opportunity to network.
