After conquering the Hill, and then the River Valley, event organizers knew they were ready to, as they say these days in high school hoops circles, take state.
It all kicks off at 6 p.m. at Buck Nekkid BBQ in Fayetteville, and there will be elevator pitching, eating, drinking and hopefully entrepreneurs and investors wheeling and dealing.
Round 2 is coming up on Oct. 27, and event organizer Jeff Amerine, IA’s very own Techpreneur, is hoping to surpass the attendance of more than 200 for the first edition.
The elevator-pitch competition, open to all aspiring entrepreneurs, was held for the first time in August and met with resounding success.
