The El Dorado Entrepreneur Conference capped a successful day on Friday with the city’s second Gone in 60 Seconds elevator pitch contest.

Jerry Adams joins the VIC board, Michigan wins at Walmart, the El Dorado Entrepreneur Conference is Friday and, simply put, a whole lotta patents.

Clever Lever won Jonesboro’s first Gone in 60 Seconds elevator pitch contest and the $1,000 first-place prize.
Brickhouse Grill downtown was packed to hear about 30 contestants give their one-minute pitches.

Gone in 60 makes its first stop in Jonesboro next week. Event organizer Brian Rogers says more than 20 presenters are signed up already and more than 150 have registered to attend.
