Arkansas Genomics
Arkansas Genomics is one of only 41 privately owned forensics laboratories in the U.S. Located in Little Rock, its forensic facility provides DNA analysis for state, county and local governments. In addition to Short Tandem Repeat (STR) DNA testing and mtDNA testing, the laboratory offers Low Copy Number (LCN) DNA testing, also known as low-template, high-sensitivity, or touch DNA testing.
The lab also offers Paternity DNA testing and Y-DNA testing including DNA testing to address social issues as well. The new forensic laboratory also expects to offer its services to Child Support Services necessary for child custody cases in addition to expert witness, case file review and evidence screening. Future services will include toxicology testing.
