Mastery of the fundamentals for success will help ensure a smooth transition for first-time supervisors and employees alike, including learning how to manage the transition and identify strategies to tap into the commitment of others. Participants also assess delegation challenges and skills to understand their own delegation style and plan tasks to delegate and align the tasks with the appropriate staff. The workshop includes all class materials, 0.8 CEU units and lunch at Lake Point Conference Center.
