This is a one-and-a-half-day course on how to analyze the retail sector and how to create a retail development marketing strategy for a locality. It is headlined by Bill Shelton of the Buxton Group, a consulting firm dealing with retail location and development. Mark Goodman of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission also will speak, along with Marsha Guffey and Cliff McKinney.
