Innovate Arkansas has an advisory board of nine members who are legally responsible for Innovate Arkansas’ operations. The board has five private sector and four public sector members.

The Arkansas Economic Development Commission will retain two public sector member seats on the board. Representatives from the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority will fill the remaining two public sector seats. A representative of Accelerate Arkansas will serve in at least one of the private sector positions.

Arkansas Economic Development Commission Director Maria Haley will appoint members of the Innovate Arkansas Advisory Board from recommendations made by the Innovate Arkansas director in the near future.
