At this presentation, the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation and Arkansas Public Policy Panel will release the new report "Why Invest in Arkansas?" Dr. Jay Barth, political science professor at Hendrix College, presents the argument that national foundations should look to Arkansas as a viable state for future investment.
